Michael Kirgan kickstarted his career in the Assurance and Transaction Services division at PwC, gaining invaluable experience across diverse public and private clients and industry sectors. After leaving PwC, he transitioned into key roles within corporate development and strategic planning for midstream O&G companies. During this time, he oversaw all corporate growth initiatives and conducted extensive financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and financial planning.
His tenure at a regional CPA firm, Briggs & Veselka Co., reinforced his expertise as he led the establishment of the Transaction Services practice, later acquired by Crowe LLP. Michael has now been at 512Financial for almost two years. With over a decade of transactional experience spanning mergers, acquisitions, IPOs, and strategic partnerships, Michael brings a multifaceted perspective to the table.
