The Site is owned and operated by 512 Financial, LLC D/B/A 512Financial ("512Financial", "we", "us", or "our"). Additional terms apply to the Terms and are incorporated by reference into Terms. These Terms do not govern the professional services relationship between 512Financial and its clients. That relationship is defined by a separate legal agreement signed by both parties.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.
These Terms apply to all visitors, including without limitation investors and advisors using the referral tools, founders and operators researching our services, job applicants accessing career listings, and anyone accessing any Content (as defined below) on the Site.
Use of this site
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these criteria. If you are using the site on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that entity to the Terms.
Subject to your continuous compliance with the Terms, 512Financial grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license, without the right of sublicense, to use the Site for your internal business purposes only, or in the case of investors using the referral tool, for internal business purposes related to your portfolio companies.
You may use the Site consistent with the Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Site to transmit unsolicited commercial messages or spam
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its underlying infrastructure
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Site without our written permission
- Submit false or misleading information through any form on the Site
- Use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair its operation or interfere with other users’ access
- Reproduce, republish, or redistribute Site content for commercial purposes without our express written consent
512Financial reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict access to the Site to any individual, entity, or users in specific geographies at our discretion and without notice.

Your submissions
When you submit information through a form on this Site, including contact inquiries, referrals, and content gate registrations, you represent that you have the right to share that information and that it is accurate. The information you submit is subject to the 512Financial Privacy Policy. You do not transfer any intellectual property rights by submitting information to us.
Referral program
512Financial’s Refer a Company program allows investors, advisors, and other partners to submit referrals for portfolio companies or other organizations that may benefit from our services. By completing and submitting a referral form, you represent and confirm that:
- You are submitting business contact information only (name, business email address, and business phone number). You are not submitting personal contact information (including personal email addresses, personal mobile numbers, or home addresses).
- The individual you are referring is a professional contact who would reasonably expect to be contacted in connection with their professional role or business responsibilities.
- You have not been asked by the referred individual to keep their contact details confidential, and you have no reason to believe they would object to being contacted by 512Financial.
- You are not submitting a referral in exchange for undisclosed compensation from the referred company.
- If required by law or your organization’s policies, you have disclosed to the referred party that you are making a referral to 512Financial.
Following submission, 512Financial will notify the referred individual that their contact details were provided, identify you as the referring party, and explain the purpose of any outreach. The referred individual will be given the opportunity to opt out of further contact at any time. Information about a referred company will be used only to facilitate an introduction to 512Financial and will not be shared with third parties outside of that purpose.

Job postings and careers
The Careers section of this Site lists open positions within 512Financial, Inc. These listings are for employment with 512Financial directly and are managed through 512Financial’s Paylocity portal, operated by Paylocity Corporation, subject to 512Financial Privacy Terms as well as applicable Paylocity terms and conditions and privacy policy.
512Financial also operates an Executive Retained Search practice that places candidates in roles at client companies. Candidates for client-company placements are managed through a separate portal at jobs.crelate.com/portal/512financial, which is operated by Crelate and governed by Crelate’s own terms of service and privacy policy. Submitting a candidate profile through that portal constitutes agreement with Crelate’s terms, not these Terms.
Job application data submitted through the Careers section is processed through Paylocity, a third-party applicant tracking and HR platform. By submitting an application, you agree to Paylocity’s privacy policy and terms of service in addition to these Terms.
We do not guarantee that any position listed on the Site will remain open, that applications will receive a response within a specific timeframe, or that submission of an application creates any employment relationship or obligation.
Third-party links and integrations
This Site contains links to third-party websites, including our technology partners, news sources, LinkedIn, and other external destinations. These links are provided as a convenience. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms.
External links on this Site open in a new tab. The presence of a link does not imply endorsement of the linked site or any association with its operators.
Our Site integrates with third-party services including HubSpot, Google Fonts, and Paylocity. Use of those services when interacting with our Site is subject to each platform’s own terms and privacy policies.

When you submit information through any form on this Site, including your name, company, email address, and any information about a referred company, you represent that the information is accurate and complete. Submitting false or misleading information, including impersonating another person or organization, is a violation of these Terms.
We may decline to respond to or process submissions that we reasonably believe contain false information, without any obligation to notify you of that determination.

Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas. By using this Site, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
